CNA In-House Registry Positions

$5.00 per hour registry differential:

In House Registry CNAs will work (2) shifts per week, or a total of (8) shifts per month, as scheduled including a minimum of (4) weekend shifts and (2) Holiday shifts per year. Scheduling is based on facility staffing needs.

Overview:

In-House Registry staff will help to fill shifts not covered by regular full-time and part-time staff.  Join our team in providing direct daily care to residents at our skilled nursing facility according to care plans, standard procedures and established State and Federal regulations, while assisting in the safety, comfort and well-being of our residents.

Job Function/Responsibilities:

  • Establish and maintain good public relations with residents, families, and other guests.
  • Show empathy toward residents, as needed.
  • Assist residents with their physical needs.
  • Provide assistance with activities of daily living to assigned residents.
  • Follow established nursing policies and procedures.
  • Ability to work with and take direction from staff nurse.
  • Report any/all concerns to supervisory staff immediately.
  • Attend and participate in scheduled in-service programs and staff meetings.
  • Maintain confidentiality of necessary information.
  • Think and act calmly and logically to meet unusual occurrences of the job.

Educational Requirements: Successful completion of State Approved Nursing Assistant Training and Competency Evaluation Program; Name must appear on State Registry. Possess current CPR Certification.
