Full Time: Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. — 4:30 p.m.

Reports to: Director of Human Resources

    • Facilitate the preparation and processing of employment paperwork
    • Benefits Administration
    • Responsible for maintenance and updates of employee personnel files
    • Responsible for the confidentiality and security of all employee personnel files
    • Assist and respond to staff and employment inquiries
    • Staff Payroll Processing
    • Distribute, review, calculate and process payroll time sheets and employment documents; verify account numbers; maintain sick and annual leave and other payroll records
  • Administrative Support to the Director of Human Resources
  • Knowledge of Payroll Policy & Procedures and Human Resources Principles/Procedures preferred
